Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for a contract position near Fremont, MI. You will support preschoolers aged 3–4 with direct and consultative therapy, participating in IEP development and collaboration with teachers and families.

The assignment runs through June with a 7-hour work day, Monday to Friday, aligned to the school calendar. Strong pediatric/school experience and robust organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC is required.
• Pediatric or school experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; able to manage a caseload of 40–50 preschoolers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for preschool children.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy targeting each student’s developmental needs.
• Collaborate with educators and families to promote carryover of strategies.
• Document progress and maintain required reporting.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and family education.
