Job summary

Signature IT World Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to configure, customize, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with administration, ITSM modules, scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration. The candidate will implement business solutions, automate IT processes, manage incidents and service requests, develop custom applications, and

Qualifications

Experience configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and business processes.
Hands-on experience with administration, scripting, and platform configuration.
Ability to implement workflows, catalog items, and integrations using ServiceNow tools.

Responsibilities

Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Build and maintain Service Catalog items, catalog client scripts, record producers, and approval workflows.
Develop and integrate with external systems via REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
Maintain Service Portal components and user interfaces as required.
Monitor platform health, performance, and security; troubleshoot production issues.
Document configurations and follow best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
