• Experience with databases (RDBMS) and exposure to Big Data.

• Ability to influence key business decisions through analyses and insights.
• Ability to convey analytics to senior leadership clearly.
• Customer journey optimization based on search keyword ranking and pathing.
• Experience with internal site search: insights and changes to ranking/sorting.
• Ability to quantify opportunity costs for null searches.
• Experience designing reports and dashboards.
• Ability to conduct analyses independently and proactively.
