Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on delivering operational reporting, scalable automation, and forward-looking insights to strengthen decision-making across contract lines.

You will drive KPI visibility, data pipeline reliability, and proactive risk identification to support performance of the C&W Services team. Collaboration across functions is essential to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as industrial engineering, data analytics, computer science, or operations research.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with VBA, Power Query, and complex data modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI platforms and production-quality dashboards.
• Working knowledge of Databricks; familiar with lakehouse architecture and data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift).

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational reporting and proactive KPI visibility.
• Build scalable data pipelines and automation using Power Platform and Smartsheet.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply AI-enabled methods to accelerate analysis and generate insights.
• Support KPI reviews with rigorous analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Share knowledge and elevate analytics adoption across the organization.
