Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in aseptic mammalian tissue culture and basic molecular biology methods.
• Experience with stem cell culture is highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and present findings clearly.
• Familiarity with lab safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes routine in vitro studies independently with minimal supervision.
• Designs and executes non-routine cell-based assays; analyzes data and reports results.
• Maintains lab equipment and performs troubleshooting as needed.
• Proposes new experiments and contributes to training of staff.
• Communicates findings effectively within the team and writes protocols.
• Maintains accurate electronic lab notebooks; ensures safety and compliance.
