Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid certification or licensure appropriate for School Psychologist positions.
• Experience working within the school setting is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of psychological assessments, individualized education programs (IEPs), and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for students referred for evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise related to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
• Support data-driven decision-making through interpretation of assessment results and progress monitoring.
