Qualifications

• Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist is required.

• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and behavioral intervention plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; ethical practice and professional development commitment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Provide direct counseling, behavioral support, and crisis intervention for students
• Facilitate group and individual student interventions addressing social, emotional, and academic challenges
• Advise school staff and families on strategies that promote student well-being and achievement
• Collect and analyze data to identify needs and measure progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
