Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite contract in Illinois. You will conduct psychoeducational assessments, collaborate with teachers and families, and actively participate in IEP meetings to support student success and well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois School Psychologist license (IL Psych License) required.
• PEL (Professional Educator License) required.
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to develop interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
• Consult with staff on behavioral strategies and social-emotional supports.
• Document records per district, state, and federal requirements.
