Qualifications

• Active and valid School Psychologist license in Colorado.
• Experience in K-12 settings preferred.
• Knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies.
• Understanding of federal and state special education laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs and inform eligibility for special education services
• Provide direct counseling and intervention for social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert insights for student planning
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
• Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school community
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation
