Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contract position near Romeoville, IL, delivering quality OT services to students in a collaborative school setting. You will assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois OT license required.
• Experience delivering OT in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication with teachers, students, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' functional abilities and create individualized plans.
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to support goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to optimize learning environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team activities.
• Manage a caseload (TBD) and ensure appropriate services.
• Work 37.5–40 hours per week aligned with the school schedule.
