Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking an Onboarding Implementation Specialist to support client onboarding and ongoing operations. You will manage tickets, configure systems, and coordinate across Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers for multiple client implementations.

Responsibilities include ticket management, cross-functional issue escalation, system configuration, AEBR support, QA/testing, and documentation. Healthcare/benefits enrollment knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAAS client support or technical implementation (healthcare/healthcare tech preferred).
• 2+ years hands-on experience with system configuration and client ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of benefits enrollment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Management & Client Support: Monitor, triage, and respond to tickets within SLA; own tickets from assignment to closure.
• Open JIRA tickets and other systems for cross-functional issues; escalate when needed.
• System Configuration & Technical Support: Perform configurations using HUB and internal tools; document changes.
• AEBR Support: Manage annual enrollment related tasks and documentation.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct QA reviews and pre-launch testing; ensure data accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support Implementation Consultants and Project Managers; assist with knowledge transfer.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records; contribute to knowledge base.
