This role manages the contract-to-cash process and coordinates a high volume of vendor agreements while helping to build process improvements in a dynamic global environment. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606, maintain contract files and trackers, support invoicing and revenue reconciliations, and identify

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of contracts administration or revenue management experience.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with contract administration, invoicing, and financial close.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate complex vendor management with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSAs, NRLs, Consulting Agreements, SOWs, Client Agreements, and related contracts.
• Serve as a key point of contact for contract management, tracking items to completion.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support contracting and procurement needs.
• Maintain contract files, trackers, and databases with accuracy and completeness.
• Review contracts for inconsistencies, missing information, and potential risks.
• Ensure contracts and revenue schedules are set up in financial systems.
• Prepare revenue reconciliations and monthly revenue recognition activities.
• Identify and resolve revenue discrepancies.
• Support project closeout activities.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives in contracts and billing.
• Support timely invoicing and monitor accounts receivable aging.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
