Job summary

Health Advances, based in Newton, MA, is seeking a full-time Contract, Billing & Revenue Specialist to manage contract-to-cash, revenue recognition and timely invoicing. You will coordinate with contracts, billing, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance, supporting audits and forecasting.

This on-site role reports to the Senior Director, Finance & Accounting and requires 3–5 years in billing or revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in billing, revenue management, or accounting.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Experience supporting project-based or professional services organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract administration, compliance, and document coordination.
• Review contracts, SOWs, amendments and ensure accurate revenue and billing in systems.
• Manage invoicing workflows, AR aging, and collections as needed.
• Perform monthly/quarterly revenue recognitions and close activities.
• Support audits with schedules and reconciliations.
