Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Part-Time Educator for the Mall in Columbia. You will deliver world-class guest experiences, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs while staying aligned with our community and culture.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, restocking, and collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth store operations. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (local requirements)
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences and articulate product education
• Move dynamic on the selling floor to assist guests and support store needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Perform product presentation, restock, and store cleanliness to maintain a luxury environment
