Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Florida Mall is hiring an Educator for a 3-month contract. You will deliver world-class guest service, share top-quality product education, and connect with our community while upholding our inclusive culture.

You’ll engage guests, assess needs, educate on products, and support omnichannel programs. Flexibility to work evenings and holidays helps keep the store thriving and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to act.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
