Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions in Allentown, PA is seeking a Renewal Coordinator to maintain service contracts across fire alarm, sprinkler and security portfolios. You will develop renewal strategies, re-estimate costs, and drive retention with cross-functional teams.

Engage customers 120 days before renewal, address concerns, and negotiate terms to achieve a 95% renewal rate. Identify needs and upsell across product lines to grow existing contracts while ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education and experience also considered.
• Over the counter sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to proactively reach out to customers and solve problems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage all retention activities within an assigned service agreement customer base.
• Proactively reach out to each customer 120 days prior to renewal.
• Re-estimate contract costs to reflect current labor rates and hours.
• Aim for a minimum renewal rate of 95%.
• Prepare and participate in monthly renewal meetings and follow up on actions.
