Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Renewal Coordinator to maintain and grow service contracts across our fire alarm, fire protection and security portfolios. You will develop a customer-centric renewal strategy, re-estimate contracts for current labor rates, and drive retention with a 95% renewal target.

You will engage customers, present pricing where needed, and collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery. Occasional in-person meetings and cross-sell opportunities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Over the counter sales or customer service experience.
• Effective communication skills and ability to present before broad audiences.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage retention activities within an assigned service agreement customer base.
• Proactively reach out to customers 120 days prior to renewal.
• Re-estimate contracts to reflect current labor rates and hours.
• Aim for a minimum renewal rate of 95%.
• Chair monthly Service Contract Renewal meetings and follow up on actions.
• Address customer concerns and obtain acceptance prior to renewal date.
• Maintain a list of customers and annual renewal dates.
• Identify customer needs across fire alarm, sprinkler and security and upsell.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand department contacts.
• Collaborate with managers to improve service delivery.
• Ask questions to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Share 120-day status in weekly sales meetings.
• Meet with customers in person as needed.
