Job summary

Goodwill TalentBridge is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing recruiting team through proactive candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, and hiring process administration.

This hybrid role in Milwaukee and Southwestern Wisconsin requires strong sourcing, scheduling, and record-keeping skills, with experience using an ATS and MS Office. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through hire.

Qualifications

• Recruiting, staffing, HR, or recruiting coordination experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using traditional methods and creative recruiting strategies.
• Conduct phone screens and candidate pre-qualifications.
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding appointments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (Bullhorn).
• Ensure hiring documentation meets compliance requirements.
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks and recruiting operations.
• Assist with orientations and onboarding activities as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through hire.
• Other duties as assigned.
