Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in administrative support, coordination, or recruiting.
• Experience with data tracking and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and information throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with preparing and distributing offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
