Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator - Contractor to partner with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a human-first hiring experience. You’ll schedule interviews, manage the ATS, and support Talent Operations initiatives across time zones.

You’ll coordinate onsite interviews, provide white-glove candidate service, maintain accurate records, and help develop SOPs and templates. This 6-month contract emphasizes inclusion, efficiency, and seamless hiring.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in recruiting coordinator or talent operations.
• Experience scheduling interviews and managing workflows in an ATS.
• Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scheduling coordinator for candidate interviews across the Tech Team.
• Coordinate onsite interviews and provide white glove service to candidates.
• Own communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and ensure accurate candidate records.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and communication templates.
• Support cross-functional Talent projects including Early Talent initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
