Vendelux is building a category-defining platform for event marketing intelligence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across the company, partnering with recruiters and managers to ensure a smooth process and strong candidate pipelines.

This contract role requires 4–5 days onsite and focuses on candidate experience, recruiting operations, and sourcing. If you enjoy both people-facing work and behind-the-scenes execution, this is a great fit.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or similar.
• Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn and Juicebox.
• A candidate-first mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Manage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback in the ATS.
• Prepare interviewers with schedules, materials, and guidance.
• Support offer logistics, including reference checks and coordination with HR.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and candidate communications.
