Job description

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter - Operations to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.

SALARY: $24-$35/hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years HR recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments
• Experience filling roles within property management, construction, or hospitality industries preferred
• Proficiency with MS Excel and SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable team player with flexible personality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles such as property managers, maintenance technicians, janitorial staff, groundskeepers, and AP/AR positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and urgency
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruiting data using MS Excel and SharePoint
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support recruiting efforts related to company growth and acquisitions
