NextPath Workforce Solutions seeks a Capital Access Operations Coordinator to join our client’s St. Petersburg, FL team on a hybrid contract basis.

The role focuses on inbound caller support for financial advisors and internal partners, handling routine operational requests with high accuracy. Responsibilities include updating account information across multiple systems, identifying risks, and delivering service-first experiences while handling confidential data with discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of client services experience.
• Comfortable spending significant time answering inbound calls from financial advisors and internal partners.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new systems.
• Customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from financial advisors and internal partners, providing accurate and efficient support.
• Process routine operational requests and transactions following established guidelines.
• Review and update account information across multiple systems with high accuracy.
• Identify and elevate potential risks, discrepancies, or exceptions as needed.
• Deliver a service-first experience in all interactions with advisors and clients.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training, huddles, and meetings.
• Follow documented best practices and adapt to process updates.

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a role to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid contract position.

SALARY

$21-$23 per hour (depending on experience)
