Job summary

Integrity, LLC in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, post accurate job descriptions, source candidates across multiple channels, and lead screening and interview processes.

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a strong background in non-exempt (hourly) roles.
• Proven ability to attract and engage talent across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred).

• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and offer best practices.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative, creative team player.
