Job summary

BitGo is seeking a highly organized Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco or Palo Alto on a 6-month contract. You will source and screen candidates, own interview scheduling, and coordinate with hiring managers across G&A functions.

The ideal candidate has 2–10 years of recruiting experience in tech/fintech, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of recruiting experience in tech/fintech or high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview coordination skills.
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar ATS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other functions.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate activity, notes, and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
• Own interview scheduling and coordination across searches.
