Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment for manufacturing, operations and logistics at the AMP-1 Plant in Casa Grande, AZ. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leadership to forecast headcount and drive fast, data-driven hiring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years equivalent direct experience of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced agile environment working hourly and salaried positions in a manufacturing, operations, logistics or production-driven environment.
• Expertise in managing requisitions across fast-scale organizations prioritizing production timelines.
• Proven ability to navigate ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and leverage talent market intelligence tools.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels in a high-pressure environment.
• Read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex manufacturing, operations and logistics roles across AMP-1, including potential support of hourly and salaried roles.
• Forecast headcount needs with leadership and design talent strategies aligned with production schedules.
• Sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing candidates with speed and precision.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across logistics and manufacturing for decision-making at pace.
• Develop pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs using advanced sourcing strategies.
