Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role to our Plano office.

You will own full lifecycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers and HR, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in corporate recruiting and sourcing, plus experience advising multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• 4+ years of experience in research and candidate sourcing.
• 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers and business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including intake, position development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Create compelling position descriptions and candidate experiences that effectively communicate the opportunity and employer brand.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates.
• Leverage search engines, career sites, professional networks, recruiting events, and innovative sourcing techniques to build pipelines.
• Own candidate management from identification to onboarding.
• Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, compensation, and processes.
• Consult with multiple hiring managers while maintaining relationships and delivering results.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to improve culture and practice.
• Leverage data and analytics to provide updates on recruiting activity and pipeline health.
• Stay current on trends and adopt innovative ways to attract diverse talent.
• Support compensation discussions and ensure HR policy alignment.
