Job summary

HL Mando America Corp is seeking an experienced Recruiter to attract, source, and hire engineering talent. You will partner with engineering managers to define staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

The role involves developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and negotiating offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience, preferably engineering roles
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and industry
• Experience managing student programs (internships/co-ops) preferred
• Proficient with social media and job boards for sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines concurrently
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand engineering staffing needs and requirements
• Source potential candidates and build talent pipelines
• Use job boards, social networks, and platforms to attract candidates
• Screen resumes and applications for fit
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical knowledge and culture fit
• Coordinate interview process with hiring managers
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to meet staffing goals
• Provide updates and feedback to managers and stakeholders
• Negotiate offers and onboarding of new hires
• Maintain a candidate database for future openings
