Qualifications

• Experience recruiting mid- to senior-level professional and/or technical talent.
• Experience managing a high-volume requisition load (20–30 roles) across multiple locations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a consultative recruiting model.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20–30 mid‑ to senior‑level requisitions simultaneously across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search and talent mapping.
• Leverage AI tools and ATS (Ashby) to optimize workflows and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring expectations.
• Drive full‑cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviews, debriefs, and offers.
• Build consultative relationships and guide stakeholders on market trends and candidate availability.
• Maintain regular communication on search progress, pipeline quality, and timelines.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience and represent Gen's brand professionally.
