FirstEnergy in Akron, OH is seeking a Recruiter on a contract, onsite basis. You will deliver full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, partner with hiring managers, and craft sourcing strategies to identify top talent.

You will conduct phone screens, screen and interview candidates, discuss benefits, ensure compliance with employment laws, and build diverse networks while presenting top candidates to managers and negotiating terms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field required.
• Full cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with creative sourcing and resume mining.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent presentation skills to highlight company values.
• Broad knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Strong multitask management and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work in teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review resumes for skills, experience, and fit.
• Create candidate sourcing strategies.
• Develop job-specific pre-screening questions.
• Utilize e-Recruiting system to manage process.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and benefits overview.
• Ensure recruiting compliance with state and federal laws.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts.
• Foster relationships to meet diversity goals.
• Serve as contact for at least one diverse organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support College Recruiting events as needed.
• Provide feedback on successes and opportunities.
• Provide hiring managers with top qualified candidates.
• Provide information to motivate candidates and promote values.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates.
