Job summary

Dahl Consulting partners with a global leader to recruit a seasoned Recruiter in St. Paul, MN for a six-month contract. The recruiter will support full-cycle hiring across multiple functions in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills with 5–7 years of recruiting experience. You will manage multiple requisitions and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently.

Responsibilities

• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and fit.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment records in ATS and other databases.
• Support hiring initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
