Responsibilities

• Source and recruit through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and conduct virtual candidate screenings.
• Assess candidates' qualifications, communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Present qualified candidates and detailed recommendations to hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Manage candidate pipelines and open positions using company ATS.
• Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and provide recruiting support and talent insights.
