Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across manufacturing, engineering, and professional roles. You’ll partner with hiring leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies and manage a 16–20 requisition portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who can deliver an excellent candidate experience and stay ahead of labor market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate/manufacturing.
• Proven success recruiting for salaried professional roles across manufacturing and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of labor market trends to shape recruiting strategies.
• Experience managing a high-volume requisition portfolio (16–20).

Responsibilities

• Manage an average portfolio of 16–20 requisitions, balancing priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Recruit across manufacturing leadership, operations, engineering, and professionals.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Review applications, interview candidates, and maintain pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout process.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screening.
• Extend offers and communicate compensation details.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Track recruiting activity in the ATS and stay compliant with laws.
