Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a motivated Recruiter for a contract/temporary opportunity to source, screen, and engage candidates for roles supporting essential security operations. You will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and communicate with hiring partners to meet staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers hands-on recruiting experience with supportive leadership, clear hiring goals, and exposure to high-volume recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication skills with professional engagement by phone, email, and other channels.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and candidate qualifications against role requirements.
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles and priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for security, surveillance, operations, and related support positions.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit based on requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and hiring process communication.
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline updates in applicant tracking systems.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and urgency of open roles.
• Support a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional representation.
