Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment for roles across the United States, with a strong emphasis on technical and professional positions. The role partners with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This position is primarily hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the office, with occasional in-office work on East Coast projects. A minimum contract of 3 months is noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work with remote managers and teams.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across multiple regions in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and present candidates nationwide.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, networking, referrals.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with teams.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Provide regular recruiting updates and market insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support workforce planning and special recruiting projects.
