Job summary

Inspire Early Education seeks a Contract Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for 11 Ohio schools, driving vacancies from 53+ to 15 or fewer in three months. This hourly role includes sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers across multiple school sites, with travel as required and close collaboration with school leadership.

You will partner with School Directors and the VP of HR, track progress weekly, and manage a focused, time-bound contract assignment starting soon.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in multi-site environments.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets and timelines.
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Excellent organizational skills across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 11 schools—sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Drive vacancies from 53+ to 15 or fewer within three months.
• Build/manage multi-channel sourcing pipeline tailored to each school.
• Partner with School Directors and senior leaders on approvals and escalation.
