Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and ideal candidate profiles.
• Identify, recruit, and engage candidates to fill Mosai positions.
• Review and assess candidates’ education, experience, and qualifications.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Provide regular updates and reporting on candidate pipeline and roadblocks.
