Job summary

Mosai is seeking a Contract Recruiter (1099) to manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define profiles, source candidates, screen for qualifications, and coordinate interviews in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide regular updates on pipeline progress, ensuring timely decisions and strong candidate experiences, while upholding Mosai’s equal opportunity commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Overview:

Mosai’s Contract Recruiter 1099 role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process including recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill select technical and non-technical roles at Mosai.

Description of Services:

• Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates
• Identify, recruit, and engage candidates to fill positions at Mosai
• Review and assess candidates’ education, experience, training and other qualifications
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews
• Provide regular updates and reporting on candidate pipeline, progress, and roadblocks

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent and polished interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
