Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the People Team. This remote role supports all North American time zones, focusing on delivering top talent through expert candidate vetting and efficient processes.

You will advise managers on market trends, manage relationships with candidates and vendors, and uphold the CLEAResult brand in every interaction. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other platforms.
• Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
• An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success.
