Job Title: Contract-to-Hire Recruiter
Location: Tampa, FL – On-site 4 days/week (3x from home eligible after FTE conversion)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Initial 3-month term, with strong potential to convert to Full-Time Employee)

We specialize in high-volume recruitment across a variety of healthcare roles including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Health professionals. We also have an influx of IT/Software Engineering roles available. As we scale, we’re seeking a dynamic recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.
Position Overview:
The Contract-to-Hire Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume focused environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, recruitment coordinators, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate placement of clinical professionals. After the successful completion of the contract period, this role will transition into a hybrid full-time position with significant growth opportunity.
