Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Job Title: Contract-to-Hire Recruiter

Location: Tampa, FL – On-site 4 days/week (3x from home eligible after FTE conversion)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Initial 3-month term, with strong potential to convert to Full-Time Employee)

We are a fast-growing healthcare staffing firm dedicated to connecting top-tier clinical professionals with leading care facilities across the nation. We specialize in high-volume recruitment across a variety of healthcare roles including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Health professionals. We also have an influx of IT/Software Engineering roles available. As we scale, we’re seeking a dynamic recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.

Position Overview:

The Contract-to-Hire Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume focused environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, recruitment coordinators, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate placement of clinical professionals. After the successful completion of the contract period, this role will transition into a hybrid full-time position with significant growth opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for clinical and allied healthcare positions (RN, LPN, CNA, Techs, etc.) as well as Tech/Engineering Positions.
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline across multiple job orders and locations.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews, providing detailed notes to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and track applicant flow through ATS and maintain accurate records.
  • Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams to ensure timely placement.
  • Develop and maintain candidate relationships to foster long-term engagement.
  • Support recruitment marketing strategies to attract talent across channels.
  • Meet weekly placement and interview goals in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in staffing or recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare settings strongly preferred (RN, LPN, Allied Health).
  • Prior high-volume recruitment experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and calendar scheduling tools.
  • Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
  • 1 day remote work allowed.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate.
