Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs during a period of growth. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment-from sourcing to offer-while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience. This is a fast-paced and collaborative position ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide market insights
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws
• Track activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on hiring progress

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or contract roles
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities
• Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Paylocity)
• Bilingual strongly preferred to support diverse candidate and customer populations
