Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly manufacturing positions.
• Recruit for 1st and 2nd shift production and operations roles in Plastics Department.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Extend offers and assist with onboarding activities.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Attend hiring events and support community recruiting initiatives as needed.
