Tremendous opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with this established and growing warehouse company in Groveport, OH!

This position will focus on recruiting with 90% of time spent posting job ads, monitoring applicant flow, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, drafting and sending offer letters, performing background checks, and similar duties.

Additional duties will include onboarding activities such as sending orientation information, setting up timekeeping and computer access, setting payroll access, and similar.

This position will be working in-office from 8:00am-4:30 Monday-Friday.This is a contract position with the potential for hire.Pay range begins at $28.85/hr + DOE.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in high-volume full life cycle recruitment (preferably within a warehouse, or light industrial environment)
