Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join its nationwide provider network, with in-person and virtual care across the US. You’ll perform 60-minute intake appointments and follow-ups, conduct evaluations, and coordinate with therapy and coaching services to deliver integrated mental health care, including work in Hanover, PA offices.

Qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space in Hanover to see clients.
• Ability to treat a wide range of diagnoses; in-person options preferred.
• U.S. residency, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage 60-minute intake appointments and follow-ups.
• Conduct risk assessments and longitudinal medication management.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications per guidelines.
