Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists who are passionate about whole-person mental health care and joining a nationwide network of in-person and virtual providers. You will conduct 60-minute video intake appointments and follow-up visits, with medication management and access to clinical consultations and scheduling support.

Lyra offers flexible scheduling, paperless billing, and a 24/7 Care Navigation team to support your practice and patient care in a culturally responsive network.

Qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license in New Jersey; other state licenses a plus.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space to see clients.
• Ability to provide care across diagnoses with in-person option preferred.
• Full-time US resident.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via a 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based medication treatment following clinical best practice guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care, patient-centered care).
