Searchability is seeking a Contract Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology and business change projects within a major digital transformation programme in financial services. You will drive Turnkey and Loan Management System initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering lending platform transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects as a Project Manager in financial services or lending.
• Experience working with Turnkey and Loan Management Systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Experience delivering lending platform implementations, integrations or transformations.
• Strong background in technology, operational change and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT, Operations and business teams.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and delivery experience.
• Excellent communication to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience within commercial lending or asset finance would be beneficial.

We're looking for an experienced Contract Project Manager to join a major digital transformation programme within the financial services sector.

This is an initial 9-month contract, offering £400 per day Outside IR35, requiring 4 days per week on-site in Chester.

You'll be working across a range of business-critical technology and operational change initiatives, with a particular focus on Turnkey, Loan Management Systems, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of lending platform transformation projects.

The role will involve working closely with IT, Operations, business teams and senior stakeholders to drive projects from initiation through to successful delivery and go-live.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Leading end-to-end delivery of technology, digital transformation and business change projects

• Managing projects involving Turnkey and Loan Management Systems

• Supporting the implementation, integration and enhancement of lending platforms

• Managing stakeholder relationships and engagement across IT, Operations and wider business teams

• Coordinating multiple project workstreams, ensuring alignment between technical and business requirements

• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies

• Driving digital automation and process improvement initiatives

• Providing regular project updates, reporting and governance to senior stakeholders

• Ensuring successful project delivery, implementation and business go-live

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Strong experience delivering projects as a Project Manager within financial services or lending environments

• Experience working with Turnkey and Loan Management Systems

• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills

• Experience delivering lending platform implementations, integrations or transformation projects

• Strong background in technology, operational change and digital transformation

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across IT, Operations and business functions

• Strong project governance, planning, risk management and delivery experience

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

• Experience within commercial lending, asset finance or financial services would be beneficial
