Job summary

Wolviston Management Services Limited is seeking an IT Project Manager to join its client’s team on a permanent basis in the UK. The role involves end-to-end delivery of ERP, CRM and enterprise software, with on-site presence three days per week in Warrington and remote work the remaining days.

You will manage delivery plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality outcomes across ERP/CRM and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Manager experience delivering complex software solutions.
• Right to work in the UK; driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience delivering ERP/CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end.

We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a market leading provider of IT Project Management Services, who is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This role requires on-site presence 3 days per week in Warrington, working from home on the other 2 days.

The Role

The role requires the end-to-end delivery of software application projects and infrastructure deployments, with a strong focus on ERP, CRM and other enterprise platforms. This includes managing implementations, integrations, data migration, testing, and go lives across a range of client environments.

You will be responsible for delivery plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You’ll have 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex software solutions. You must have a driving licence, access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK, as our client is unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

You’ll bring experience in:

• Delivering CRM, ERP and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, ServiceNow)
• Full software delivery lifecycle: requirements, build, test, migration, go live
• Managing data migration and integrations
• Working with Agile and Waterfall methods
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management
• Managing software budgets and commercial approvals
• Using Jira, MS Project Online, DevOps or similar tools
