Job summary

UST in Lincoln, USA, is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a high-profile technology transformation in a hybrid, fixed-term role (10 months) starting ASAP. You will govern the programme, manage integrated planning and vendor relationships across multiple workstreams, coordinating with IT leadership and C-level executives.

You will drive escalation-free delivery with governance, dashboards and executive reporting, while mitigating risks and aligning cross-functional teams to business objectives.

Location: Lincoln (Hybrid) Contract: Fixed-Term Employment (10 Months) Start Date: ASAP

UST is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-profile technology transformation programme within a complex multi-vendor environment. You will be responsible for driving programme governance, integrated planning, vendor management and delivery assurance across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful execution against key milestones, dependencies and business objectives.

This role requires a strong leader who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders, including IT Leadership and C-level executives, while coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver large-scale change.

The Role:

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery within a multi-vendor environment.

• Experience delivering programmes using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience within the UK Healthcare or Pharmacy. Retail domain experience would be considered.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of large-scale technology, infrastructure, software or store deployment programmes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
