Job summary

Crctech is seeking a logistics and project support professional for a long-term contract (1 year with two 1-year extensions) to manage onboarding, access, scheduling, and testing coordination for Ideagen-related projects at the Aiken, SC site.

The role requires a strong background in project controls, accounting systems, and site business processes, with a focus on ensuring seamless communication between EPS and STAR teams and site tenants.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Master's degree and 8 years of practical experience; or Bachelor's with 10 years; Associate with 13 years; High school with 17 years.
• Strong PC skills and expert proficiency in automated accounting, cost management, scheduling and estimating systems.
• Experience with Site Business systems and project control tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle logistics between Ideagen and project team.
• Maintain computer access for Ideagen personnel.
• Maintain project schedule and resources for Ideagen and site tenants.
• Coordinate in-person meetings and logistics for Ideagen and team members.
• Coordinate resources for module testing (Configuration, UAT, etc.).
• Assist in testing and training development of configured modules.
• Participate in configuration review testing of modules.
• Coordinate discussions to resolve project board items.
• Plan and oversee testing activities prior to go-live for STAR replacement.
