The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in contract administration, a strong understanding of the contract lifecycle, and proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, or commercial operations.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and contract documentation.
  • Experience reviewing commercial terms and coordinating approvals.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, process, and administer contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Legal, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations to facilitate contract execution.
  • Track contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and obligations.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and manage contract repositories.
  • Support negotiations by preparing contractual documentation and compiling required information.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or non-compliance issues.
  • Assist in resolving contractual disputes and support contract interpretation when required.
  • Generate reports related to contract status, renewals, and compliance metrics.
  • Ensure timely execution and closure of contractual activities.

Job Title: Contract Administrator
Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to manage, review, and administer contracts throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure contractual compliance, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support commercial and operational objectives while minimizing contractual risks. ( Need Arabic speakers only)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, engineering, technology, or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with legal and commercial terminology.
  • Professional certification in Contract Management is an advantage.
